Terms
 C.O.D.: Terms are contingent upon submission and approval of credit application.
Delivery Minimum
 Minimum for delivery is $150 in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bocks, Camden, Chester and Delaware county. Deliveries outside these areas require a $300 minimum.
Re-order
 Credit terms will be strictly enforced and orders will not be released if past due balances exist. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to past due accounts.
Claims
 All claims for damage or shortage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. No claims or returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Please do not delay in notifying us if there is a problem.
Price Changes
 Our prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to notify customers in advance of price changes, but please realize that this is not always possible due to sudden price fluctuations in the commodity markets for items such as flour, sugar, orange juice and butter.
Special Order Items
 We cannot possibly stock every item from every manufacturer. However, we will make every effort to obtain a specific product for a customer. We do ask that you allow us sufficient time to do so.

 We regularly introduce new products in an effort to better meet the needs of our customers. Please look for fliers and our websites to see what is new, as well as what special promotions we might be offering.
